Experience in a customer service role is highly regarded as you will be the first point of contact for thousands of our users, interacting via email, phone and social media. As well as handling customer enquiries you will develop strategies to improve user experience wherever possible. We’re looking for a quick learner who is organised, efficient and responsible.
You will assist with the marketing strategy including social media, graphics and content marketing. Along with the COO, and the graphics team, you will: write, schedule, collate, produce and source content for our various channels such as social media, blog and website. Experience in marketing, social media and content writing is advantageous.
