Our client is a fast growing financial services company, they located in the heart of CBD. Their CS team operates 24 hours 365 days. They are looking for flexible candidate who’s willing to work 5 days per week from 10:45pm to 7:15am.

Responsibilities:

Handling phone call enquiries and communicate with internal teams to solve problems
Monitor incoming emails and online system alerts
Notify merchant of service issues
Upload / download document to System / share drive
Remind suppliers to send Deposit statements
Assist with basic investigations

Requirements:

University graduate
Fluency in both English and Chinese
Good communication and customer service skill
Fast learner and proactive
Good MS office skill

On Offer:
42k + penalty rate + super + bonus
