Our team provides a dynamic phone support service and assists our customers with dining options, luxury item purchases, tickets to sold out events, booking travel arrangements and those rare, once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate data entry (both alpha and numeric)
• Intermediate MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Mature customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Ability to work to defined timeframes (long shifts: 8 shifts / fortnight)
• Ability to deliver a high standard of service
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar environment preferred but not essential
