Working in a close knit fashion office we are seeking someone with a positive can do attitude for this exciting full time position. You will be reporting directly to the Marketing manager.
• Respond to all customer emails and take all office phone calls
• Manage & following up all online orders to ensure that they are successfully delivered
• Manage and update online inventory
• Assist with wholesale sales orders and administration
• Liaise with warehouse on a regular basis for all online related enquiries
• Check and respond to messages on brands social media pages
• Load new products to websites
• Process all online returns
• Load new email addresses to our EDM database

• Self-motivated, pro-active, and a team player who enjoys a unique and fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone and customer service skills are a must
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work to deadlines & under pressure
