Workforces everywhere are preparing themselves for the influx of millennials about to take over. The majority of Australian workers are already made up of the generation that has been labelled ‘entitled’ and ‘lazy’. The earliest millennials are now in their 30’s, taking on more senior positions and hiring other millennials.
