We are looking for a Inbound Sales and Customer Service Superstar! An enthusiastic, energetic individual who is comfortable taking on an exciting, multi-faceted position!
Role and Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
• Closing Sales
• Explain products and services and managing bookings
• Work autonomously and professionally in a small team
• Managing customer expectations
• Ability to multi-task and time management
Skills and Experience required:
• Experience in an inbound sales and customer service position
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience using SAP highly regarded
• Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly with SME’s & Corporate Businesses
