Big companies like Facebook and Google are renowned for asking confusing riddles to really test their interviewees.
While they say they have taken a step away from asking such questions, it’s always good to be prepared with some curveballs.
Would you be able to answer these?
Top interviewers at these companies have said the right answers aren’t always what they’re looking for. Instead, it’s about how you analyse the questions and think about the answers.
For example, you’re not expected to know how many balls fit in a plane. But you are expected to ask questions such as ‘Can I use the space inside the wings?’ or ‘Can I use the ovens?’ and then explain how you would work it out.
These questions aren’t your typical interview questions. Even so, be prepared for any question your interviewer throws at you! For more standard questions, you can look here.
