We are looking for experienced and sophisticated Sales Associates to join our Sydney business. Working in a dynamic retail team will see this driven candidate display brilliant customer service skills, sales drive and an all-round passion for working in luxury accessories and retail.

Expectations of the role …

Servicing customers according to the A-ESQUE brand and quality standards
Possessing a sophisticated and intelligent customer approach
Actively building client base; follow-through with clients requests, concerns and enquiries; maintaining client correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales
Continuously building knowledge of brand values, product and the luxury retail market
Maintaining a professional appearance and manner

Candidate Qualifications …

Solid sales experience with minimum 2 years working in specialty/luxury retail
Exceptional customer service-minded approach
Professional presentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales driven and results-oriented
High-level of motivation, self-initiative, and team-playing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Genuine passion for luxury-goods, fashion and accessories
