We are seeking an enthusiastic person to fill the role of Manager working in conjunction with the owner to lead a team of dedicated employees at our car wash facility.
We are a new business which is taking over an existing facility in Glen Iris, Vic
The car wash is a leading brand setting the benchmark in the industry, utilising modern equipment with proven techniques. We are dedicated to providing an efficient and professional experience for our customers.
As manager you will be responsible for
The day to day running of the site
Managing staff including rosters and delivering on core KPI’s
The successful candidate will be
Enjoy working with customers
Able to plan ahead
Able to lead coach and develop a team
And most importantly have a cheerful, happy demeanour
Previous industry experience is preferred but not necessary. However candidates with store & people management, and a retail or hospitality background will be looked upon favourably. A passion for or interest in cars would be the cherry on top.

Expectations are availability to work 7 days per week with rotating rosters
Training will be provided.
Must have rights to work in Australia long term with no restrictions.
