Our client has been a leading multi national provider of healthcare software solutions for the past 30 years. They are one of the leading providers of healthcare software solutions to GP’s and Hospitals in Australia. They have a well established client base, with over 600 clients in Australia.
As the Customer Support Consultant your role will be to carry out customer support activities including training, via telephone, webchat and email, providing advice and assistance to customers on a range of software products. Working hours will be set between 8.00am and 8.00pm.
Your major responsibilities will include:
Improve Customer Experiences
Maintain a high level of agent performance
Refer or escalate customer issues
Train customers through a range of mediums
You Will Need…
Health industry experience
Training capability/webinar capability
Support desk experience
