REQUIREMENTS:

*experience working with children aged 6 – 12 years.
*a PAID WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK
*availability 2-6 pm at least 2 days a week
* willingness to travel 45 minutes for work
*good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Assistants
• Ensure the children are safe and having fun
• Develop strong relationships with the school community
• Manage day to day administration duties and staff rostering
• Create a program that meets National Quality Framework requirements
• Maintain positive experiences and activities for children attending your service

Requirements

• Studying towards or completed Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent qualification
• Current Employee Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current and valid First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates – or willing to obtain
• Availability Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am-9am and 2:30pm-6pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the Coordinator in planning and organising fun activities
• Supervise primary school aged children
• Assist with preparation and serving of food
• Ensure health and safety requirements

Requirements

• A passion for working with children
• Employee Working with Children Letter
• Current and valid First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates, completed Child Protection Training certificate– or willing to obtain
• Availability Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am-9am and 2:30pm-6pm
