Become a Financial Planner:
• Use your finance, communication, rapport building and negotiation skills to specialise in advice provision, maintaining long lasting client relationships and financial planning
• Build your experience with mentoring and training from leading industry experts
• Work closely with financial Planners in testing and developing client strategies

Core duties include:
• Drafting Statement of Advice documents
• Use industry leading advice software
• Acquire/further develop best practice technical advisory and compliance skills
• Dealing with Customer enquiries
• General Administration duties
• Tele-appointments
• Financial Assessments

If You:
• Wish to build a career in financial planning and enjoy analytical work
• Have a rigorous business degree or equivalent
• Enjoy self-direct learning
• Have permanent Australian residency
• Have outstanding writing skills
• Thrive in a dynamic, fun and results driven environment, and
• RG146 or a Diploma of Financial Planning is not required, but must be commenced shortly after starting
• Nearing the completion of Financial Planning Diploma

Responsibilities:

Upload / download document to System / share drive
Remind suppliers to send Deposit statements
Assist with basic investigations

Requirements:

University graduate
Fluency in both English and Chinese
Good communication and customer service skill
Fast learner and proactive
Good MS office skill

Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to;

• Reception duties, making and receiving calls

• Assist in managing client relationships on an ongoing basis
• Assist with digital marketing and client event planning

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
