The role will include:
-Payroll and Super
-Banking and accounts
-Preparing and sending off invoices, preparing bank statements
-Reports
-Deal with any inquiries that arise
-Any other jobs the account manager may need help with
-Keeping up with emails
-Admin

Experience preferred:

-Previous experience as Finance Administrator
-Basic finance skills, such as invoicing, time sheets, statements etc.
-MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Excellent communication skills.

Our client is an online payment company, they are located in the heart of CBD. Company culture is family-like, warm and fast pace. They are looking for candidate with around 1 year of finance or data process experiences to join their process operation team.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports on capacity and status of the Products
• Follow up to resolve on pending cases (deposit trace, chargeback or refund)
• Written communication with external stakeholders
• Access possible solutions on effective decision process
• Support Team on clarification of enquiries from other departments
• Update department Operation Manual when required
• Ensure to delegate and escalate any risk / urgent issues to Supervisors / Management
• Flexible and work with other parts of the wider business in problem solving

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience in data processing, finance or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economic majors
• Excellent Chinese and English communication skills
• Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Quick learner, flexible and adaptable Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel
• Willing to work on morning, evening, weekend shifts and public holidays as and when required.

Basic 44k + penalty rate (100% on Sat and 25% on Sun) + super + bonus
