The primary purpose for this role is to provide a high level of administrative support for the Sydney Team and present a professional image.
The role is in Sydney CBD and is 30 hours per week.
We are an entrepreneurial company, constantly delivering value for our clients. We are looking for a team assistant with energy and enthusiasm.
Purpose of the role…..
The primary purpose for this role is to provide a high level of administrative support for the Sydney Team and present a professional face for the front of house. This role is flexible on hours, but we are looking for someone to work approximately 30-35 hours per week.
We’re looking for someone to…
Manage inbound telephone calls
Maintain professional image of front of house/reception area
Management of meeting rooms
Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of meeting rooms and break out area / kitchen.
Book flights and accomodation for executives
Prepare expense reimbursements for executives
Arrange catering for meetings as required.
Management of printer and stationery
Management of office supplies (stationary and food supplies); maintain optimum levels of stock.
Management of office supplier relationships.
Management of mail & couriers.
Printing, collation and co-ordination of materials for meetings and travel bookings.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office
Be able to show an excellent work ethic; working unsupervised to deadlines
Be a logical person who can problem solve and be practical
Excellent work ethic and be able to work well under pressure managing conflicting priorities
Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
Basic internet research skills
Be energised for whatever challenges the day brings
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in similar administrative role in corporate/professional services environment
Strong client focus/passion for working with clients (highly regarded)
Be able to multi-task
Flexible approach and ‘can-do’ attitude
Have a friendly, fun and cheerful disposition
Excellent organisation skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and have a strong attention to detail
Be a strong team player with motivation to take ownership of the role & responsibilities
Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
Be self-motivated with the ability to work towards objectives, assume responsibility, work unsupervised to a time frame to achieve objectives and able to use the following tools:
Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills
HSC/VCE or equivalent
Cert III thru Diploma in Business Administration qualification (preferred)
