This role would be well suited for an EA with previous experience providing high level support at Director level. Ideally you will be a confident professional who uses their initiative to prioritize agendas across the business to the best of their ability.
This will be a varied role with responsibilities ranging from diary management, project administration and providing much needed assistance to a fast growing team. Excellent communication skills and an ability to think analytically is essential as you will required to liaise both internally and externally with professionals at all levels whilst also ensuring business processes are continually upheld.
Main responsibilities will include:
•Preparing reports with an advanced use of Excel
•Ad hoc dictation, compilation of company policy documentation
•Proof reading confidential documents
•Completing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
•Extensive diary & travel management
•Coordinate Executive meetings – preparation of agenda
•Personal administration for MD – pro actively looking after a number of affairs
•Expense Management – company credit card reconciliation
•Facilities & Office Management tasks
•Proven administration experience
•Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
•Attention to detail and problem solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organisational and planning skills
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•A background in logistics or transport is beneficial however not essential
•Ideally Degree qualified
