Salary: $55-65k Package incl. Super commensurate with experience
Awesome opportunity for a proactive and solution-focused individual who has an IT support or web development background looking to move into the Cloud/SaaS HR Tech space.

Take full ownership of support issues from diagnosis through to resolution
Record and track all support issues through our ticketing system
Manage online content through our custom-built CMS
Check system functionality against software deliverables and provide feedback
Report any bugs and edge cases
Identify and recommend how we can continuously improve our support and customer experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills!
Resourceful in finding answers themselves whilst also knowing when to escalate/seek help from others
Ability to quickly learn and use various systems
Strong attention to detail
Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS favourable but not essential
Experience with content management systems. eg WordPress highly favourable
Experience with a ticketing system favourable
Effectively multitask and manage competing priorities
Team player – ready to contribute whatever it takes or play any role on a team to get the job done
Enjoys a fast paced environment and is comfortable with change
Excellent time management & organisational skills
