Our client is a Global Business Process Outsourcer providing a suite of services to Government agencies across Australia. They are seeking Customer Service Professionals for their newly established contact centres based in Mill Park, Melbourne.

We need your strong administration and organisational skills to complement our client’s energetic and fast-paced working environment to achieve desired outcomes!

On a daily basis, you will be responding to and processing written and online correspondence and back office data on behalf of a Federal Government Agency.

The must haves:
*Availability to work up to 38 hours per week
*Ability to commit to 2 days of training (10 hours per day) on consecutive weekend days at the commencement of your employment

Currently looking for IT Helpdesk professionals with network/internet knowledge. Communication is the key and have an overall in providing great customer service but also have the technical abilities to problem solve. MUST be able to speak Mandarin and English.

Contact Centre experience will be essential to the position, and would ideally suit candidates with an IT background

Naturally, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator, able to articulate clear and concisely and familiar with but not limited to;
