Join a diverse, fun and professional team at the Optus Business Centre in Knoxfield. We are currently looking for hardworking individuals who show their own initiative for sales and leads. Generous hourly base + opportunity to receive great commission as well as incentive bonuses. Full time Monday-Friday with flexibility in hours.

Responsibilities include:
– Making outbound calls to both existing and new customers
– Answering inbound calls that may be sales or inquiries
– Managing customer accounts and building customer relationships
– Extensive knowledge in Optus products
– Up selling and cross selling products
– Filling out paperwork correctly
– Managing your own work including emails and leads

Qualifications:
– Previous telco/telemarketing experience
– Punctual, professional and strong work ethic
– Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment
– Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
– Independent; self-motivated; competitive; assertive
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

You will have ongoing support from the team and opportunity for development.
